Associate Product Manager (Hybrid) Overview MTF Biologics processes tissue grafts from human donors that are used in a growing array of clinical applications – positively affecting lives across the globe. The associate product manager manages tissue lines within a family and assists in the planning, organizing and daily operations of product families from concept through life cycle stages to optimize revenues and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives.

Salary: $90,000

Responsibilities

Manage daily progress of specific products within a product family as well as well movement of new products through project time lines. Work with a Project Manager/Dir. Int.

Mkt Dev to coordinate technical product development, product specs, packaging and labeling, estimates of revenue and cost potentials, and release to processing.

Assist in the creation and execution of overall product strategy and field sales support materials.

If assigned a partnered tissue line: Establish good communication with the partner/international partners and facilitate regular conversations on sales performance, inventory levels, active projects, and pipeline initiatives.

Conduct market analysis to develop product definition and maintain a pipeline.

Collaborate with R&D on pipeline ideas and projects for prioritization.

Presentations prepared and delivered to the PRB, TEFs, NSM or other governing groups as requested.

Provide technical support to distributors, field sales, and customer service representatives.

This includes preparation and delivery of materials at training sessions, and local and national sales meetings.

Collaborate with a wide array of functional areas such as sales, engineering, processing, planning, recovery and customer service to develop and provide product definitions.

Responsive to customer needs and market opportunities for any assigned tissue lines.

Develop marketing plans for specific lines within tissue families including market and competitive analysis, revenue forecasts and advertising campaigns.

Prepare and maintain competitive gap analysis for assigned tissue lines.

Maintain communications to collect and analyze technical, financial and sales data.

Track and analyze inventory and production positions, and recommend course of action.

Assist in establishing strategic marketing objectives in line with corporate objectives for products and services

Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Participate in promoting sample products at trade shows, conventions, learning centers and rep co-travel.

Responsible for coordinating marketing collateral across all Business Units within the Franchise, ensuring consistency, alignment, and timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications Required Education: Bachelors

4 Years in medical device marketing or sales experience

CTBS Certification, Specialized Knowledge in Tissue Banking Preferred

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong presentation skills, ability to build relationships and drive market growth

Highly proficient in MS office applications

Travel required, sometimes over weekends
