The Manager Pharmacy Supply Chain will oversee procurement of medication and supplies for BayCare hospital pharmacies, coordinate purchasing activities, manage inventory strategies, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Position Details
Location: Temple Terrace, FL
Employment Type: Full Time (Exempt)
Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
Oversee procurement of medication and medication supplies for BayCare hospital pharmacies.
Coordinate pharmacy purchasing activities including ordering, receiving, inventory databases and scheduling and managing pharmacy buyers and coordinators.
Manage inventory strategies ensuring adequate stock levels.
Evaluate pharmacy purchasing contracts and maintain compliance.
Ensure compliance with regulations such as DSCSA and recall management.
Responsible for drug distribution to/from the BayCare Central Pharmacy including inventory management and dispensing operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or PharmD in Pharmacy.
Preferred: Master’s in Pharmacy, Health Administration, or Business.
Experience: 1 year of pharmacy experience and 1 year management role in related field, or equivalent experience including 2‑year HSPAL or Pharmacy Supply Chain residency program. Preferred 3 years supply chain and/or 340b experience.
Credentials: State of Florida Pharmacist license. Preferred ASHP accredited residency program certificate.
