Base pay range $60,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

About Your Role As a Property Manager, you will be a strategic partner who directly influences the success of our diverse properties. You will implement innovative strategies, foster strong tenant relationships, and drive operational efficiency, contributing to a company that values innovation, integrity, and a proactive approach to real estate.

Responsibilities

Keep the portfolio running smoothly during day‑to‑day operations, ensuring performance targets and investor standards are met.

Shape our property management approach by implementing smart policies and driving continuous improvement.

Conduct regular property inspections for safety, maintenance, and compliance.

Manage service contracts, vendors, and the property management team to ensure cost‑effective and high‑quality service.

Serve as the primary tenant point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

Drive lease negotiations and maintain high occupancy rates.

Manage budgets, control expenses, and boost revenue.

Collaborate with accounting on financial reports and optimize revenue streams through rent collection, expense control, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.

Help mentor and develop the property management team, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive property management experience, with a strong emphasis on mixed‑use (residential and commercial) properties.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple properties effectively.

In‑depth knowledge of property management laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

Exceptional organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Real Estate License or CPM designation a plus.

Compensation $60,000 – $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
