Rate Range : Up to$100/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:
5+ years in UX / Product Design (at least 5 focused on digital product design)
Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or chatbot interfaces (voice or text)
Strong mobile platform expertise (iOS / Android)
Prototyping and animation skills using tools like
Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, After Effects
or equivalent
Strong portfolio showing
end-to-end UX work
(wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final execution—not just finished screens)
Familiarity with conversational design principles (tone of voice, error handling, turn-taking)
Ability to present work clearly to product teams and executives
Responsibilities:
Design intuitive
voice-to-voice and multimodal conversational experiences
for a next-gen AI product.
Develop
mobile-first interaction frameworks
for user questions, responses, and re-engagement.
Rapidly prototype and animate interactions to bring experiences to life and validate concepts.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to align design with technical capabilities.
Participate in iterative design reviews and user testing to refine flows, tone, and usability.
Deliver detailed assets, design specs, and documentation for engineering handoff.
Present designs and prototypes to stakeholders and leadership.
Contribute reusable design patterns for conversational AI and multimodal engagement.
Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of UX/Product Design experience
(with at least 2 years focused on conversational AI or related experiences; flexibility if portfolio shows strong UX depth).
Strong portfolio of work in
AI-driven or chatbot experiences , showcasing clear design process.
Proven ability to create
high-fidelity prototypes and animations
to communicate interaction design.
Expertise in mobile design principles, usability, and interaction frameworks.
Familiarity with leading AI/chat platforms and their UX patterns (e.g., Gemini, Groq, Perplexity).
Excellent communication skills; able to clearly present and defend design decisions.
Strong collaboration mindset, comfortable working across product, design, and development teams.
Nice to Have:
Background in media, sports, or entertainment design.
Experience designing consumer-facing apps with personality-driven experiences.
