The BCBA will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing clinical supervision to RBTs, developing and updating treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring high‑quality of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This is a full‑time subcontractor role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a lasting impact in clients’ lives. Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Create, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs. Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians, ensuring treatment fidelity and professional growth. Deliver real‑time feedback and coaching to staff during sessions. Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to promote consistency across settings. Track and analyze client data, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and BACB standards. Travel between assigned center and school sites within the designated service area. Qualifications
Current BCBA certification
through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Master’s degree
in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Entry‑level BCBAs are encouraged to apply. Medicaid number and vendor badge preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for local travel. Compensation
Hourly Rate:
$50–$70 per hour (based on experience and setting). Schedule:
