Ground‑Up Commercial Projects | Up to $50M Our client, a well-established General Contractor, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their growing team. Specializing in ground‑up commercial construction, this firm delivers high‑quality projects across the K‑12, municipal, industrial, and government sectors, with project values reaching up to $50M.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance
Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors
Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and progress reports
Foster a collaborative team environment to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on ground‑up commercial projects
Proven experience delivering K‑12, municipal, industrial, or government projects up to $50M
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management software
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Strong tenure and stability in previous roles, with a track record of successful project delivery
