About the Role The Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development serves as a strategic financial leader responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value. This role leads all aspects of financial strategy, planning, reporting, and M&A ideation through execution—ensuring that financial performance, systems, and decision-making align tightly with corporate objectives and growth ambitions. Reporting to the CFO with regular interaction to the entire executive team, you will be a crucial part in ideating/executing on our strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Lead all M&A activities from deal sourcing through post-close integration, managing relationships with executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and external advisors.

Oversee due diligence and deal execution, ensuring disciplined evaluation and seamless transaction processes.

Partner with Growth and Strategy teams to align post-acquisition integration with financial, operational, and cultural objectives.

Deliver measurable integration results that strengthen financial performance and accelerate strategic growth.

Prepare investment memos and board-ready materials that clearly articulate financial impact, valuation, and strategic fit.

Operational Finance & Strategic Planning

Lead all strategic finance and fp&a functions including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to ensure financial clarity and accountability across all business units.

Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable budgets, forecasts, and dashboards that empower leadership to make data-driven decisions.

Oversee daily financial operations across partner companies, standardizing controls, reporting, and processes for operational efficiency and performance insight.

Own the annual budget cycle—target setting, modeling, departmental collaboration, and board-level presentation.

Partner with leadership to provide data-backed scenario analyses, strategic insights, and decision support for growth and investment initiatives.

Ensure GAAP compliance and lead timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.

Optimize working capital, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation to maximize growth and shareholder value.

Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and technology to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and speed of reporting.

Establish and maintain best-in-class FP&A frameworks—variance analysis, forecasting discipline, and performance tracking to support organizational accountability and operational excellence.

Strategic Partnership & Growth Enablement

Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing financial guidance that supports business expansion, M&A strategy, and retail channel optimization.

Translate financial data into strategic insight, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for sustainable growth.

Build alignment across departments to ensure that financial goals support overall business objectives and innovation.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance organization that is analytical, proactive, and collaborative.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Establish clear performance expectations and career development pathways to retain and grow top financial talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Prior experience in investment banking + private equity with a total of 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles with a proven track record of driving financial performance and operational results.

Expertise in managing full strategic finance, FP&A cycles, financial reporting, and operational finance in a multi-entity or partner-based environment.

Experience managing the complete M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.

Strong presentation and communication skills with experience creating board-ready deliverables.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
