This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Project Manager, located in Knoxville, TN. This is a leadership role for an experienced construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, values craftsmanship, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience from concept to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of assigned projects — including schedules, subcontractor relationships, quality control, and client communication. You’ll serve as the key liaison between clients, architects, designers, and field teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Seigler’s high standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle management for high‑end residential builds and remodels Oversee jobsite operations, subcontractor coordination, and field supervision Create and manage project schedules and budgets using Buildertrend (or similar software) Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards Communicate progress, changes, and solutions clearly with clients and internal teams Manage permits, inspections, and compliance with local building codes Collaborate with design teams to resolve construction challenges efficiently Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and craftsmanship on every jobsite 5+ years of residential construction management experience Proven ability to lead multiple high‑value projects simultaneously Strong understanding of building codes, sequencing, and trade coordination Experience with project management software (Buildertrend) Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills What We Offer
