Description
Supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies at job sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address potential issues.
Oversee scheduling and allocation of resources to meet deadlines.
Provide direction and leadership to construction teams and subcontractors.
Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
Resolve on‑site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Proven leadership skills and experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Ability to travel extensively and adapt to various project locations, including Portland.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills to manage on‑site challenges.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Job Offer Compensation & Travel:
Competitive base salary between $140,000 - $160,000
All hotel costs fully covered
Airfare provided twice per month for travel home
Per diem: $55/day when staying in a hotel, $35/day when staying in company‑leased housing
All utilities covered while traveling
