Job Overview
Crowe Global is transforming the management and delivery of its global restricted list, global independence checks, and global conflict checks. Crowe Global is implementing a new technology platform and designing a new operating model to drive this transformation. The new technology platform will hold global restricted list data and be used to facilitate the origination of and response to negative and positive global independence checks and global conflict of interest checks. The platform will apply the appropriate regulatory rule sets and professional standards, configured for Crowe Global policies, to entities. Efficient access to data will enable member firms and their personnel to determine whether there is a potential conflict or threat to independence. Project Manager Responsibilities
Work closely with the Program Director and Stakeholders to transition a project from the Initiate to the Planning phase, continuing to manage the project through Execution, Control and Close Phases.
Initiation and Planning for upcoming Conflict Checking phase: establish project collaboration content, develop project approach and plans, articulate and finalize project requirements, develop risk mitigation and change control plans, provide support for the contracting process, and coordinate a Conflict Checking Project Kick‑off Meeting.
Execution and Control: implement and monitor project execution, manage project issues and risk mitigation, manage and release project resources, manage vendor(s) and contract(s), monitor and manage issue tracking and resolution, manage project budget and change requests, prepare project status reports, foster team collaboration, coordinate project team meetings, leverage change management content, ensure solution testing and signoff, determine and publish acceptance and closure documentation, and obtain approval before moving deliverables into Production/Go Live status.
Close/Transition into Product Ownership: transition a project’s outputs into ongoing Product Management, obtain formal project acceptance from the sponsor, prepare necessary documentation and facilitate project closure, provide project team members with performance feedback, and off‑board any consultants that were onboarded upon completion of the project.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management of cloud SaaS enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations.
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering strong results‑oriented project management skills and being highly effective at follow‑through to ensure delivery.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, demonstrating customer focus, highly effective communication skills, a win‑win approach to meeting business requirements, experience working with C‑suite stakeholders, and resolving conflicts.
Minimum 5 years of experience building quick and effective work rapport with others and strong teambuilding skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience operating in agile and adaptable roles and learning new business processes. Knowledge of process improvement techniques and the ability to develop improvement action plans with groups.
Minimum 3 years of experience with project performance metrics, change management, and requirements gathering.
Requirements
Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or willingness to achieve PMP within first 12 months, or at least seven years of project management experience.
Five years of relevant information technology project management experience.
Experience working on international projects across the globe, dealing with various time zones and understanding local customs is a plus.
Global travel may be required.
Work after hours to support global time zones.
