Member Implementation Specialist, Supply Chain
Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) is seeking a Member Implementation Specialist who will work under the direction of the Vice President Supply Chain Operations and GPO Implementation to provide hands‑on support and analytical input for new member partnerships, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience into the HealthTrust GPO. This onsite role is located at our corporate offices in Plano.
Major Responsibilities
Coordinate the successful completion of the CHC Supply Trust implementation work plan for assigned new member implementations, including system maintenance, project development, data gathering and status updates.
Manage all work streams and participants—med/surg, pharmacy, food, and others—to ensure milestones are met as scheduled.
Recommend updates to the implementation work plan to improve team and member experience.
Identify and incorporate efficiencies that enhance the speed and accuracy of medical/surgical/pharmaceutical supply conversions.
Communicate regularly with the VP of Supply Chain Operations & Implementation, informing and troubleshooting obstacles as they arise.
Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of company management as a technical resource when needed.
Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned efficiently, effectively, and in a cost‑conscious manner, complying with CHC policies, procedures, and regulations.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2–3 years of healthcare industry experience preferred—supply chain and/or clinical.
2–5 years of project management experience.
Skills and Knowledge
Proven ability to manage multiple projects within agreed timelines and metrics.
Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management systems, procurement, supply distribution/operations, contracting, capital equipment, and automated systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.
Passion for results and a drive for high standards; tenaciously work to meet or exceed challenging goals.
Intermediate analytic skills—including Excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Agility to adapt to changing work demands.
Ability to work in a high‑profile, fast‑paced team environment.
Additional Qualities and Attributes

Experience navigating customer/partner and supplier relationship management, process development, teamwork, communication and project management.
