Responsibilities
Program aerospace components on 3, 4, and 5‑axis machinery using Unigraphics/NX and Vericut.
Troubleshoot CNC programming issues on Fanuc, Mazak, and Okuma controllers.
Create and interpret work instructions, check sheets, and process control plans.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and comply with aerospace specifications.
Read and interpret aircraft specifications and 3‑D models.
Maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude in a fast‑paced work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years programming experience with 3, 4, and 5‑axis aerospace components using Unigraphics/NX and Vericut.
Proven troubleshooting skills on Fanuc, Mazak, and Okuma CNC controllers.
Trade or technical school degree or equivalent experience.
Prior exposure to Lean Manufacturing and aerospace quality standards.
3‑D modeling experience.
Ability to comprehend aircraft specifications and technical documentation.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and productivity.
