Assistant/Associate/Professor of Head and Neck Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery
The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for this full‑time position at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level.
Role Overview The Department of Otolaryngology seeks a Head and Neck Microvascular Reconstructive Surgeon. This is a growing academic practice and residency training program with responsibilities in patient care, research, and teaching for residents and medical students. The candidate will provide surgical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, conduct clinical and/or basic science research, take calls, and obtain privileges at several Las Vegas hospitals.
Minimum Qualifications
MD/DO degree.
Completed residency from an ACGME‑accredited program.
Board eligible/certified in Otolaryngology; if eligible, obtain certification within two years.
Fellowship training in Head and Neck Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery required.
Eligible for an unrestricted Nevada medical license, malpractice insurance, and credentialing by Southern Nevada teaching hospitals.
Background check subject to final selection.
Academic credentials, experience in an academic medical institution, research and scholarly activity considered for rank.
