We partner with small-to-mid-sized businesses to provide full-service bookkeeping, AP/AR, and CFO-level insights. Location: Phoenixville, PA (in-office and WFH days depending on weekly schedule)
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000
Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Review and oversee AP/AR, payroll, and bank transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and variance reporting to clients. Serve as the primary client liaison—ensuring clear communication, timely deliverables, and proactive issue resolution. Support system integrations (QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, JobBOSS, Cin7, etc.) and process improvements. Coordinate with Elevate’s offshore and internal accounting teams to ensure client accounts are maintained up to standard. Maintain client SOPs and ensure all contracted services (books, payroll, taxes, reporting) are completed. Review tax returns and prepare tax planning reports for clients. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required). Public accounting experience required (minimum 3–5 years). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data analysis). Expertise in QuickBooks Online (multi-entity, project tracking, integrations). Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships. Seniority Level
