Responsibilities
Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients Perform research and understand clients and their industries well Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirements and needs Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation Coordination of interview arrangements between clients and candidates Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 and above) to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role will have a distinct advantage Non-experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided The portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on a mutual agreement basis Candidates who are flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven, and a team player will have a distinct advantage To apply, please kindly email your updated resume to
