Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Hodges, SC. Relocation assistance will be offered to candidates that live 50 miles outside of Hodges, SC.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83,250.0 - $122,100.0 per year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What You’ll Do Job Summary This role involves gathering and analyzing financial data to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, workforce planning, and capital planning. The position leads cost savings forecasts, supports standard margin analysis by product line to support profitability and financial planning. Additional responsibilities include monthly absorption and price analyses to monitor cost allocation and pricing trends. Collaboration with departments such as Supply Chain is key to addressing variances and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the monthly cost savings forecast process to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain and update accurate headcount forecasts to support workforce planning.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and support capital expenditure projects.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision‑making.
Align financial goals with operational objectives to enhance performance.
Support internal BOM audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost analysis or financial planning in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
