Launch your services in Walmart stores! As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well‑being.

Position Summary Independent lease holder with autonomy to set practice days, hours, patient schedule, and fee schedule. Retain 100 % of exam and professional fees.
Responsibilities
Provide eye and vision examinations and related care.
Manage patient scheduling and service delivery.
Maintain compliance with state licensure and insurance requirements.
Use allowed equipment and instrumentation as per lease option.
What you’ll do Lead patient care, ensure high standards of service, and maintain a professional relationship with Walmart and the local community.
Minimum Qualifications for Lease Agreement
Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
Valid state optometry license
Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
Valid state ophthalmology license
General Liability Certificate
Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
W‑9
Fair Market Value Options
Equipment/instrumentation
Administrative and/or Opt‑Tech support services (if state allows)
