Job Summary

The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for performing chemical, microbiological, and radiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished radioligand pharmaceutical products.

This role ensures compliance with GMP, FDA, and radiation safety regulations, supporting the release of high-quality, sterile, and safe therapeutic products.

Conduct routine and non-routine testing of radiolabeled compounds, sterile drug products, and packaging components.

Perform chemical and microbiological assays.

Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.

Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.

Document test results accurately in accordance with GDP and regulatory standards.

Support investigations (OOS, deviations, CAPAs).

Maintain compliance with GLP, GMP, and company SOPs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biology, or related field.

2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical QC.

Experience with analytical instrumentation and sterile testing methods (including HPLC and pH meter).

Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and regulatory knowledge.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Prior experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.

The Synectics Inc. Investment Savings Retirement Plan. Enrollment dates are each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.

Technical Certification Bonus:

Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
