Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union (TVFCU) The Roving Member Solution Specialist (RMSS) travels throughout the branch network, providing additional support due to staffing shortages. The primary purpose of the RMSS is to deliver exceptional member service by offering personalized financial solutions and assistance. The RMSS builds and maintains strong relationships with members while promoting TVFCU products and services. Schedules: Branches – Monday–Thursday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm; Friday 8:45 am – 6:30 pm In‑Store Locations – Monday–Friday 9:45 am – 7:30 pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Promptly welcome members while promoting an atmosphere of exceptional service. Engage members to understand financial goals and offer personalized solutions. Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and recommend TVFCU products. Process member transactions, including business deposits, loan closings, debit card issuance, and online/mobile banking support. Promote digital banking benefits by educating members. Resolve member issues professionally and collaborate with branch manager and departments. Meet or exceed production goals by uncovering needs and offering TVFCU products. Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of member information. Complete all required training and comply with policies. Demonstrate TVFCU core values in interactions with members and co‑workers. Adapt to change, moving branches as needed. Maintain attendance and timeliness records. Complete Deposit Regulation and Product and Service Certification courses. Perform other as assigned. Educational and Work Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; finance certifications a plus. Proven member service or sales experience, preferably in banking or credit union. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain financial concepts clearly. Exceptional problem‑solving skills and professionalism handling member concerns. Ability to interact with members professionally and achieve individual goals. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions. Effective independent and team work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in email and Microsoft Office tools. Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours. Commitment to outstanding member service and long‑term relationships. Pre‑employment screening includes: verification of education, employment, background and drug screening, and pre‑employment credit check.
