Finance Manager

What You'll Do:
Oversee and manage all finance and insurance (F&I) operations for Maverick Motors
Train and mentor F&I Managers and Sales Team on compliance, product knowledge, and sales techniques
Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining lender relationships and customer satisfaction
Maintain strong knowledge of lending programs and ensure timely funding
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve processes and gross profit
Collaborate with ownership and management on strategic growth initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in automotive finance (F&I) with 2+ years of leadership or director-level experience preferred
Deep understanding of lender guidelines, deal structuring, and compliance
Ability to train, motivate, and lead a high-performance finance team
Strong relationships with subprime and prime lenders is a major plus
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
High energy, results-driven mindset with integrity and professionalism
