Veritas Prime
The Treasury Director will oversee all treasury operations related to outsourced payroll, tax, and garnishment accounts for our clients. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and security of all cash movements across multiple client trust and clearing accounts. The Treasury Director will lead treasury audits, manage bank relationships, and design and enhance treasury processes to support a scalable and controlled outsourcing environment.
Location This position is located in our Orlando, FL office. However, candidates currently located in Houston, TX may be eligible to apply and work remotely from Houston.
Salary Range $170,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr
Duties and Responsibilities Treasury Operations & Oversight
Oversee daily cash management and reconciliation for all client payroll, tax, and garnishment accounts.
Monitor funding, disbursements, and collections to ensure adequate liquidity and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain and optimize the structure of bank accounts, ensuring segregation of client funds and proper authorization controls.
Supervise ACH, wire, and check payment processing, including approval workflows and fraud prevention measures.
Audit & Compliance
Conduct periodic internal audits of all bank accounts used for client payroll services to ensure accuracy, documentation integrity, and compliance with internal policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide treasury documentation, reports, and support as required.
Ensure adherence to SOC, NACHA, and other applicable regulatory and banking compliance standards.
Treasury Process Improvement
Design, implement, and continuously improve treasury processes, controls, and systems for scalability and efficiency.
Evaluate and recommend treasury management tools, automation, and banking technologies.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cash movement, reconciliation, and audit functions.
Banking Relationships & Reporting
Manage relationships with banking partners and serve as primary point of contact for treasury-related inquiries.
Review and negotiate banking fees, services, and agreements.
Prepare and present regular treasury reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.
