Partner with FP&A and Controller to provide monthly close support, develop or test profitability dashboards (Power BI) and business unit P&L reporting.
Analyze key financial metrics and KPIs (e.g., reimbursement shifts, WAC spreads, cost-to-dispense metrics, FTE metrics, actual vs plan, prior year variance) and prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for leadership.
Drive process improvement and automation opportunities within finance reporting and analytics.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policy.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, index-match, macros, or equivalent) and comfort with Power BI or other data-visualization tools.
Experience with or willingness to learn healthcare finance concepts (specialty pharmacy, clinic billing, cost of goods sold, inventory, AR, commissions) and monthly close processes.
