Key Responsibilities

Face-to-Face Sales:

Engage directly with customers at local events, shopping centers, and exhibitions. Provide product information, answer questions, and close sales.

Customer Engagement:

Deliver excellent customer service while building long-term relationships through professional and confident communication.

Performance-Driven Sales:

Work in a fast-paced, target-focused environment. Achievers benefit from promotion and performance bonuses.

Leadership Development:

Start learning the foundations of management — including how to lead a team, delegate effectively, and mentor others as part of our trainee management track.

Visual Setup & Brand Presence:

Assist with event setup, promotional displays, signage, and enhancing brand visibility at various locations.

Sales & Marketing Exposure:

Gain valuable insight into marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and brand positioning alongside your sales training.

What We’re Looking For

No prior experience required — full training provided

Strong communication skills and natural rapport-building ability

Willingness to travel locally to retail and event locations
