Delivery Lead/Senior Recruiter @ Blu Omega J oin a dynamic Agile Product Development team as a Drupal Developer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining innovative web solutions. As a full stack developer, you will support a variety of internal and external-facing Drupal 10/11 web products, leveraging your expertise to build robust components, enhance user interfaces, and ensure accessibility compliance. This opportunity offers a chance to work on impactful projects in a collaborative environment that values creativity, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Location:

Remote but must be local to the DMV for quarterly meetings

Clearance Needed:

Must be able to obtain an NIH Public Trust

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement key Drupal components such as views, blocks, content types, and site permissions.

Design, build, and maintain custom Drupal modules (PHP) to meet project specifications.

Review, test, and merge code to ensure reliability and performance.

Create and update Twig templates to improve site UI and user experience.

Ensure all web products meet Section 508 accessibility standards.

Participate in bi-weekly deployment cycles, collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality releases.

Navigate and manage routine tasks within AWS cloud environments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

5 years of hands‑on experience with Drupal development for digital products.

Experience with Twig templating and the Symfony framework.

Skilled in Drupal theming and working with content types and site permissions.

Familiar with JSON, RESTful APIs, and working in a decoupled Drupal environment with Nuxt.js and Vue.js.

Capable of navigating AWS console and performing routine operations management tasks.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with various integrated development environments (IDEs).

Knowledge of CI/CD processes and version control systems, especially Git.

Experience with Design Systems, Pattern Lab, and Bootstrap.

Familiarity with Layout Builder and automating regression testing with Nightwatch.js.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent interpersonal and customer relationship abilities.

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for software development.
