$155,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Direct a global endpoint engineering function, aligning objectives with organizational goals and compliance obligations. Manage and mentor technical professionals, building a collaborative culture focused on excellence and continuous learning. Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux endpoints. Utilize Microsoft Intune and Autopilot to enable automated provisioning and modern device management. Establish and refine operational processes for configuration, software deployment, and asset management. Standardize configurations to meet industry and firm security standards. Support internal and client audits by maintaining documentation, controls, and compliance evidence. Integrate emerging technologies to improve endpoint performance and user experience. Lead troubleshooting of complex endpoint issues and provide senior-level support for escalations. Manage asset tracking, software licensing, and secure decommissioning of devices. Collaborate with business units to develop endpoint solutions that balance security with usability. Monitor industry developments and apply insights to improve endpoint reliability and future readiness. Core Expertise
Endpoint Management & Security:
Advanced skill in Microsoft endpoint management platforms (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM) and endpoint protection tools such as Defender and BitLocker. Strong understanding of telemetry, analytics, and proactive monitoring to identify performance or compliance risks. Enterprise Infrastructure:
Experience with Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Office 365, and related enterprise systems. Deep familiarity with Group Policy, registry management, and troubleshooting across distributed environments. Software Packaging & Deployment:
Proficiency in creating, testing, and deploying enterprise software packages using tools like InstallShield, SCCM, and App-V. Operating Systems & Support:
Expert knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office, with experience supporting enterprise desktop environments and productivity tools used in professional services. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. 10+ years of experience in endpoint management, including at least 4 years in a leadership role within a large, global setting. Familiarity with ISO, NIST, and other compliance or audit frameworks. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience guiding teams through change and technology modernization. Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or equivalent are preferred. Technical experience with automation (PowerShell, GPO), endpoint analytics, and security platforms such as CrowdStrike or Netskope. This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role for a technology professional who combines deep acumen with a forward‑thinking approach to secure, compliant, and user‑centered endpoint management.
