The Hiring Advisors
I’m partnering with a rapidly growing private credit investment manager that’s managing a multi‑billion‑dollar loan portfolio across single‑family and multifamily real estate nationwide. This is a highly respected firm with institutional backing, a robust lending platform, and a track record of consistent growth.
We’re looking for a Director of Treasury to take ownership of enterprise‑level liquidity planning, funding strategy, and treasury operations. This person will play a key role in optimizing capital efficiency across multiple funds, managing complex financing structures, and leading a high‑performing team.
If you’re a treasury or fund finance professional ready to shape strategy and execution at scale — this is an incredible opportunity.
Base pay range $175,000 – $200,000 per year
What You’ll Do
Lead short‑and long‑term liquidity forecasting across institutional and retail funds
Oversee warehouse facilities, securitizations, and interfund flows
Manage relationships with banking partners, custodians, and funding providers
Develop and execute funding strategies to improve cost, flexibility, and efficiency
Ensure strong controls and compliance around disbursements, covenants, and reporting
Partner cross‑functionally with Capital Markets, Accounting, Operations, and Servicing teams
Mentor and grow a skilled treasury team while driving automation and analytics improvements
What You Bring
10+ years in treasury, fund finance, or structured finance (private credit or real estate preferred)
Strong understanding of warehouse lines, debt covenants, and liquidity modeling
Experience with fund structures, including institutional and retail capital flows
Leadership experience — able to build and empower teams
Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and comfort in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Familiarity with treasury tech, automation tools, or dashboards (Power BI, APIs) is a plus
Why You’ll Love It
Join a high‑growth investment firm with a proven track record and strong institutional relationships
Directly influence capital strategy and liquidity management at the enterprise level
Collaborative, high‑performing culture with hybrid flexibility (based in Los Angeles)
Competitive compensation package: $175K–$200K base + bonus
If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where strategy meets execution — and want to make your mark in private credit and real estate finance space — let's connect.
