Description TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a

Financial Analyst

onsite in Washington, DC. This role is centered around candidates with experience in criminal investigative work involving seizure and forfeiture. Prior banking experience or federal seizure/forfeiture experience would be a strong background, including analysis of banking records.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Assist the Government with ensuring accountability and accuracy of fiscal records.

Prepare financial documents such as deposit slips, obligation, transfer, and payment forms using provided templates.

Maintain financial records in the Government database and file appropriately.

Enter monetary assets and payment information into the database.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation and inventory reports for cash and monetary instruments.

Maintain logs to track the movement of seized and forfeited monetary assets.

Other duties as mission needed and within the scope of this contract.

Minimum Qualifications:

U.S. Citizen.

Associate degree or two years of financial/data management work experience demonstrating records management (along with a High School Diploma or GED Certificate).

Active Public Trust Tier 4a Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

One year of general work experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience reviewing/auditing financial documents.

Background Investigation This position requires a background investigation covering criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history. The government will confirm financial standing, tax filings, rehire eligibility, and adherence to federal drug use restrictions.
