Responsibilities
Manage and build a high‑performing team of sales associates who are experts in client experience.
Create, execute, and oversee store priorities across sales, inventory, planning, operations, and visual merchandising.
Track key performance indicators for sales, client experience, and outreach, continuously improving the store experience.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for corporate partners.
Collaborate with the retail sales director on customer acquisition, retention, and new business opportunities.
Uphold loss prevention protocols and manage all inventory movements, cycle counts, markdowns, and reconciliations.
Control operational expenses and enforce store protocols.
Manage scheduling.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Create memorable shopping experiences that foster long‑term customer relationships.
Assist walk‑in clients and ensure associates build a loyal client book.
Act as a stylist, demonstrating deep knowledge of the product assortment.
Organize, plan, and schedule 1:1 appointments in‑store and virtually.
Support and execute visual merchandising directives, maintaining impeccable standards on the sales floor and back‑of‑house.
Ensure the store environment is organized, clean, and elevated.
Recruit, train, and develop associates while fostering a culture of achievement.
Enforce company standards through policies and procedures, including dress code.
Communicate frequently about business decisions, changes, and strategic priorities, encouraging feedback and creativity.
Coach, issue warnings, write‑ups, and, when necessary, terminate employees.
Open and close the store.
Qualifications
2-3 years of jewelry or luxury retail experience.
Self‑motivated with strong initiative and drive.
Expert conversationalist skilled at building rapport.
Adaptable, able to connect with diverse clients.
Eager to learn and improve operations.
Passion for retail and customer experience.
Team player who also excels as a self‑directed sales professional.
Multi‑tasking ability and proficiency with competing priorities.
Salary
$85,000-$95,000 Jennifer Fisher/Centric Brands offers a competitive base salary, supplemented by commissions, annual bonuses, and sponsored benefit programs. Total compensation is tailored to experience, skills, and performance.
