We are looking for a Global Sales Manager to
drive MicroHarvest’s growth in high‑potential petfood markets.
By building partnerships with petfood producers and distributors, you will make our sustainable protein a reality in products that feed millions of pets worldwide.
You will work on an exciting
opportunity to create impact : bringing sustainable, high‑quality ingredients into the fast‑growing petfood industry, and proving that natural fermentation can change what pets eat for the better.

What You’ll Do
Open doors:
Identify and connect with petfood producers, distributors, and brand partners.
Build partnerships:
Engage with customers on how our products translate into clear business benefits.
Grow sales:
Guide customers from first contact to signed deals, supported by our technical experts.
Further improve our value proposition:
Work with our Marketing Team to create new compelling product presentations, samples, and campaigns.
Be the customer’s voice:
Partner with our Head of Commercial, Operations, and I&D to ensure customer needs translate into real product value.
Build actionable insights:
Work closely with Business Intelligence to further shape our strategy, by tracking market trends and understanding customer needs.
Who You Are
Experienced in
petfood or animal nutrition sales
(2–4 years), ideally with a strong network.
Experienced in
building relationships , closing deals and delivering customer value.
Able to
translate product technicalities into clear business benefits .
Fluent in
English ; other languages are a plus.
Willing to
travel
(20–30%).
Excited to work at a
startup pace : proactive, hands‑on, and adaptable.
