Position Overview We are seeking a
Communications Assistant
to support our internal and external communication efforts. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the coordination and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and organizing promotional and event communications.
Coordinate communication between teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain event and campaign documentation, schedules, and contact lists.
Support managers with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up notes.
Handle general administrative tasks to support marketing and communications departments.
Ensure consistent messaging and professional representation of the company at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to completing tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
