We are seeking a highly organized, and proactive
Executive Assistant
to provide administrative and operational support to the President of our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality while helping drive organizational efficiency at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
Manage and maintain calendars acting as the gatekeeper for all internal and external requests for the President’s time and attention.
Organize and maintain President's office space.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between the President and internal departments, clients, vendors, and external partners.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence as appropriate.
Ensure the President is prepared for all meetings, events, and travel engagements.
Project Management & Research
Assist in tracking and managing special projects and company initiatives.
Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision‑making.
Help coordinate Home & Accessories buying & sample organization.
Office & Event Management
Organize leadership meetings, team events, company events, and leadership planning sessions.
Maintain professional and organized filing systems for digital and physical records.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information
Proactive problem‑solver with a high degree of initiative
Familiarity with the fashion, retail, or wholesale industry is a plus (optional)
Working Conditions
Full‑time position, Monday through Friday
May require occasional overtime or travel as needed
