Duxbury Middle School is seeking a highly qualified certified Science teacher to fill a leave of absence beginning immediately. The final length of the assignment is yet to be determined.
Requirements
Current certification from Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in General Science (5-8)
Bachelor's Degree or higher from accredited college or university
Experience with Illustrative Mathematics Program preferred
Classroom management skills that support students' social-emotional learning
Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners
Ability to plan and implement lessons that are aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks
Citizenship, residency or work visa required
