Monitor student progress, set improvement goals, and provide constructive feedback. Develop, prepare, and access teaching materials. Build rapport with students and parents, effectively communicating students' academic progress and addressing concerns. Using different coaching methods to meet the diverse competency levels of students, providing individualised support and guidance. Conduct curriculum research and analysis requirements. Design, edit, and create effective and comprehensive teaching materials, incorporating the latest trends in education. Upload and tag online learning materials onto the online learning platform.
