We offer a range of programs that support independence, social inclusion, and overall well‑being. Pacific CBAS is looking for an experienced and compassionate Program Director to lead our center serving the Korean elder community. If you're fluent in Korean, have a heart for culturally sensitive senior care, and know your way around CBAS regulations, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily program operations to ensure services across all departments (nursing, social work, therapy, activities, transportation, food services, and billing) are delivered effectively and align with CBAS/ADHC standards
Ensure regulatory compliance by implementing policies and procedures that meet California CBAS requirements, including timely assessments, reassessments, and service documentation
Maintain accurate participant health records and documentation to meet all state, federal, and managed care guidelines
Lead MDT meetings, promoting collaborative care planning and ensuring participant needs are fully addressed
Team Oversight & Development
Provide direct supervision and leadership to program staff, including clinical, administrative, and contracted personnel
Foster a collaborative, respectful, and culturally sensitive work environment
Community & Participant Engagement
Build strong relationships with participants, families, and caregivers
Address participant and caregiver concerns with professionalism and empathy
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in social work, nursing, or related field PREFERRED)
3 years of leadership experience in CBAS
Deep knowledge of California CBAS regulations, person-centered planning, and interdisciplinary care coordination
Fluent in
Korean
and
English
– both written and spoken
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lead with compassion, accountability, and cultural sensitivity
