Responsibilities
Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant.
Help the Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide mentoring and direction to improve their Departments and the restaurant overall.
Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to make sure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.
