At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving – and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold – project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real‑world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

You’ll actively engage with general and MEP contractors for design reviews, constructability assessments, and cost/schedule inputs.

You’ll supervise design teams to ensure construction administration services maintain design integrity, uphold quality standards, and efficiently mitigate construction issues to minimize cost and schedule impacts.

You’ll implement and maintain an effective project design change management process throughout the project lifecycle, recommending improvements to the Global Data Center Reference Design and Standards using our change management request workflow.

You’ll ensure data center facilities meet or exceed design intent, with a strong emphasis on resilience and quality.

You’ll collaborate with Commissioning and QAQC teams to identify key areas of concern and required attention.

You’ll conduct ongoing and post‑project reviews to document lessons learned and share insights across the data center program.
