The SPENGA Front Desk & Sales Associate is the first point of contact for our members and prospective clients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving membership sales, cleaning, and ensuring smooth studio operations. This individual is a friendly, organized, and sales-oriented multi-tasker.

Previous sales experience required; preferably high-end goods or services

Motivation to sell and learn sales techniques
Excellent customer service
Understanding of technology and how multiple platforms integrate.
Previous experience using Mindbody Platform is a bonus.
A keen eye for cleanliness and organization
Experience or understanding of proper cleaning techniques.
Job Requirements / Responsibilities
Sell memberships and retail
Make multiple friendly sales phone calls per shift
Meet and exceed sales and retention expectationsIncrease client participation energetically
Set up and reset studio equipment before, during and after classes.
Maintain clean facility
Manage client accounts
Experience with social media and willingness to use it
Compensation: $19.00 per hour

SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
