The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $191,499.00 to $328,284.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities The

CRE Market Executive 's primary responsibility is to grow and retain profitable commercial banking relationships for the assigned area. The Market Executive develops revenue growth through oversight of the generation of loans, deposits and fees; reviews loan requests and their underwriting; ensures appropriate management of commercial relationships; and develops the annual budgets for the team. This position requires an active presence in the marketplace, with community involvement.

Team has helped to transform this region's streetscapes. While our loans help build businesses, it's our relationships that build neighborhoods and communities. We have successfully delivered some of the DMV's largest community and commercial development loans, creating opportunities for the surrounding areas to thrive. Under the leadership of Market Executives, our commercial lending teams include Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and Administrators, Underwriters, and Deposit Officers. Our CRE business focuses on interim, rehab, and repositioning of Commercial Property loans, including Construction and Renovation Financing across all asset types. We also facilitate permanent loans through our FHA Multifamily Lending Platform.

Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)

5 years relevant commercial lending experience

10 years commercial underwriting, portfolio management and business development

Preferences:

Leadership role or prior management experience

Accredited Banking School Certification in Lending or related topic

Proven ability to achieve success in a corporate sales environment

Advanced knowledge of C&I, Real Estate, ABL, SBA, and Credit/Special Assets

Proficient with credit principals and loan structuring

Strong ability to analyze business financial statements and assess the viability of business

Advanced knowledge of banking products and services

Solid understanding of accounting & finance

Sales, marketing, and presentation skills

Leadership development skills

Market knowledge

Proficient use of MS Office
