Base pay range:
$65,500.00 – $98,000.00 per year.
Position Summary This role will involve communicating with customers, suppliers, and associates, implementing business plans, managing staffing and scheduling, monitoring productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, identifying customer or supplier concerns, supervising and developing associates and leaders, fostering a culture of belonging, attracting and retaining talent, acting with integrity, delivering results with a customer‑first focus, and driving continuous improvement and technology adoption.
What you’ll do Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and associates; implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production quality and safety; monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports; maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation; identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions; supervise and develop associates and leaders; build high‑performing teams, create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected; attract and retain talent, empower and develop talent, and recognize contributions; act with integrity; deliver results while putting the customer first; make data‑driven decisions; balance short and long‑term priorities; embrace learning; drive continuous improvement; adopt new technologies and skills; and support others through change.
Minimum Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Office proficiency Experience supervising associates Experience as Walmart Logistics Manager Bachelors: Business, Bachelors: Logistics
