This role will serve as the analytical expert for Igloo’s Walmart Sales Team, providing actionable insights that drive growth for both Igloo and Walmart/Sam’s Club categories. The position will leverage tools such as Retail Link, Circana, Scintilla, and Madrid to lead category and sales analytics, deliver impactful business reporting, and translate data into clear recommendations. Success in this role requires balancing technical data analysis with storytelling, shaping strategies that support sales objectives and elevate Igloo’s partnership with Walmart.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary insights lead for Walmart business, delivering category, sales, and shopper analytics.
Utilize Retail Link, Circana, Scintilla, Madrid, and other tools to track performance, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and deliver business reporting and dashboards to monitor sales, share, trends, and key KPIs.
Translate complex data into compelling insights and recommendations that drive category growth and support sales strategies.
Partner with Walmart buyers and Igloo’s sales team to influence business planning with insights‑based recommendations.
Lead category management initiatives including assortment analysis, space planning, and pricing/promotion evaluations.
Provide ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions, delivering actionable solutions with speed and accuracy.
Stay informed on Walmart priorities, shopper behaviors, and competitive landscape to guide long‑term growth strategies.
Act as the thought leader and subject matter expert on data analytics and category insights within the sales organization.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align insights with broader business goals.
Foster teamwork by sharing knowledge, tools, and best practices to build analytical capabilities across the organization.
Support sales presentations and joint business planning with insights‑driven storytelling that strengthens Igloo’s partnership with Walmart.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
5-7+ years of experience in Category Management, Sales Analytics, or Business Insights (CPG experience strongly preferred).
Expertise with Retail Link, Circana/IRI/Nielsen, Scintilla Charter, Madrid, and syndicated data platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and uncover insights.
Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into stories and present effectively to senior stakeholders.
Experience supporting Walmart business highly preferred.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner cross‑functionally.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
