Avantis Resources is seeking a Corporate Associate with a minimum of 4 years of transactional experience to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital financing, and general corporate matters. Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and venture capital financings, including drafting and negotiating relevant agreements.
Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and securities law matters.
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective transactional strategies.
Conduct and oversee due diligence processes, identifying potential risks and advising clients accordingly.
Stay current on evolving corporate laws and regulations to provide clients with up-to‑date advice.
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school
with strong academic credentials.
Admission to the Florida Bar , in good standing.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional
analytical, research, and writing

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
