Job Title: Accounts Payable Accountant
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3–4 days / week in office)

About the Role
Our client, a well-established company in the Boston area, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join their finance team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining flexibility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounts payable and be proficient in NetSuite. Key Responsibilities
Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable transactions Review and verify invoices and payment requests Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end closing and reporting Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors Qualifications
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Proficiency with NetSuite is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Work Schedule
Hybrid – 3 to 4 days per week onsite in Boston office Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00 / yr.
