Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
5 years of experience in mechanical process engineering and manufacturing automation.
5 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions in an industrial environment.
5 years of experience with CAD software, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering, Business or other relevant fields, or a professional engineering license.
Experience in estimation, mechanical design, operation, and commissioning of mission critical data center mechanical equipment.
Experience in lean manufacturing principles and product quality management systems.
Experience in the data center industry or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of robotics, control systems, industrial automation, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).

As a Data Center Engineer, you will improve the production of critical infrastructure for the data centers. You will leverage the expertise in mechanical design and manufacturing operations to drive product quality, implement process controls, and advocate continuous improvement initiatives. You will require a blend of technical acumen, data analysis capabilities, and an understanding of business implications. You will play an important role in ensuring the manufacturing of components vital to our global data center fleet.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $144,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical components, ensuring efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and quality.
Conduct data analysis on manufacturing performance to identify trends, root causes of defects, and lead process improvement projects.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., electrical engineers, software developers) to ensure integration of mechanical and automation solutions.
Perform business case evaluations for new manufacturing technologies and equipment investments, presenting recommendations.
