Base Pay Range $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Overview Opportunity to join a well‑established real estate firm as a Mid‑Level Associate specializing in Real Estate Transactions. Prestigious office based in Brooklyn, Dumbo, hybrid (3 days/week in the office – easy commute from Manhattan) offering a competitive salary, bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Achievable 1,700 billable hours target.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support on real estate business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
With paralegal support, conduct due diligence, including reviewing title, surveys, and related documents.
Work directly with clients, internal teams, and external parties to ensure successful transaction closings.
Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate counsel.
Support the firm's commitment to fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
Profile
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admittance to the New York State bar.
3+ years of experience in real estate transactions.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
A detail‑oriented approach to working independently and collaboratively.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 USD.
Reasonable 1,700 billable hours target.
