Full-Charge Bookkeeper

What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage accounts receivable: create invoices, track payments, and follow up for timely collections.
Handle light accounts payable (about 10 vendors) and maintain positive relationships.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring all financial data is accurate.
Use QuickBooks Desktop and assist in transitioning to QuickBooks Online (coming in January).
Prepare monthly financial reports and support balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
Coordinate with external accounting partners for payroll, month-end, and year-end closings, including tax filings.
Support general ledger management and inventory-related reconciliations.
Bring your ideas—help us identify and implement improvements to make accounting even more efficient!
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience (preferably in a service or product-based business).
Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
Solid understanding of A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger management.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
A self-starter who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
Stable work history with clear career progression.
Bonus Points For:
An associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience in the construction, service, or equipment industries.
QuickBooks certification.
