About the Role We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused

Direct Hire Recruiter

to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients. This is a fast-paced, performance-oriented position ideal for someone passionate about candidate experience, consultative recruiting, and building long-term talent pipelines.

Position Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire positions across various disciplines

Conduct intake calls and develop strong understanding of client hiring needs

Source, engage, and attract qualified passive and active talent using multiple channels

Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit

Facilitate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and closing strategies

Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and clients

Track and manage pipelines, candidate progress, and recruiting metrics in ATS

Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent and hiring leaders

Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a high-touch approach

Here’s What We’re Looking For

1–3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (direct hire or full-cycle strongly preferred)

Agency / executive search background a plus

Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent in competitive markets

Experience managing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

High motivation, resilience, and drive to meet goals and deliver results

Ability to operate independently, stay organized, and maintain a strong candidate experience

Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)

Team-first mindset — collaborates, shares market intel, and supports the collective mission, not just personal wins
