Role of CSG for a Billing Analyst A Billing Analyst working with CSG typically:
Configures and validates billing data
in the CSG platform.
Processes invoices and account migrations , ensuring accuracy across systems.
Troubleshoots billing exceptions
and resolves discrepancies between CSG and other systems (e.g., Siebel).
Uses SQL and reporting tools
to analyze billing records and support audits.
Collaborates with QA and implementation teams
to maintain compliance and improve workflows.

Day-to-Day Insight Global is hiring for a Billing Analyst to join their Billing Design Team to sit onsite in St. Louis, MO for a large, telecommunication company for $30-$38.50 an hour. This person will be working within the internal product catalog and marketing worksheets to help navigate business requirements. This analyst will be assisting with the Siebel catalog work from an offer and service code setup and configuration perspective. Furthermore, they will also be working closely the implementation team and all levels of management. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a telecommunications environment, CSG knowledge, and strong attention to detail. This team sits 4 days onsite in Maryland Heights, MO and 1 day remote.
Overall Role Summary A Billing Analyst using CSG handles customer billing tasks. They migrate accounts, check and fix billing data, process invoices, and resolve billing issues. They also communicate with customers and teams to make sure bills are accurate and delivered on time. The role is a mix of data entry, problem‑solving, and customer support.
