We are seeking passionate, licensed marriage and family therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth care within our general mental health program. Therapists may opt into specialized programs including Suicide Prevention, Teen Program, and upcoming Mental Health IOP. Responsibilities
Deliver weekly evidence-based virtual therapy sessions via live video Apply the Unified Protocol (UP) framework and CBT to guide treatment Monitor client progress virtually through automated assessments and goal-based measures Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists for comprehensive care Maintain accurate, timely documentation through our AI-enhanced EMR Benefits

Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family (MA, MS, MFT, PhD, PsyD) Independent clinical license (LMFT) Minimum 1 year of independent licensure (2+ state licenses a big plus) 2+ years of recent experience delivering CBT and evidence-based therapy to adults Comfortable treating a diverse range of populations and mental health conditions Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about integrating digital solutions into clinical practice Experience working with higher-risk populations and/or adolescents preferred Apply Today!
