POSITION SUMMARY Modern Government Solutions (MGS) is seeking a SIGINT/EW Analyst Instructor who will lead and deliver advanced training in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) operations in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions. The Instructor will conduct classroom and field instruction on collection, analysis, and precision geolocation, while developing and refining training materials to reflect evolving tactics, technologies, and threats. This role involves certifying operators on MODE systems and SOF Programs of Record, mentoring students and instructors, and integrating real‑world, scenario‑based exercises to enhance mission readiness. The ideal candidate will combine deep operational SIGINT experience with instructional expertise, leveraging analytic tools, social network analysis, and modern data platforms to prepare SOF personnel for complex, multi‑domain mission environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
Deliver classroom and field instruction on advanced SIGINT and Electronic Warfare (EW) operations, including survey, collection, dissemination, and precision geolocation.
Lead scenario‑based training that replicates real‑world SOF mission environments, integrating current tactics, technologies, and systems.
Train and certify operators on MODE 1, 3, and 5 systems and other SOF Programs of Record (POR).
Develop, update, and refine training processes, materials, and curricula to ensure alignment with emerging mission requirements and evolving threat environments.
Instruct on the use of analytic tools, databases, and social network analysis to support target development, network exploitation, and reporting.
Utilize and teach SIGINT collection systems, network analysis techniques, and DNI/DNR convergence using Jupyter Notebook or comparable analytic tools.
Evaluate and mentor students and instructors to maintain high operational and instructional standards across all training activities.
Coordinate with NSA, USSOCOM, and interagency partners to align training standards, tools, and reporting procedures.
Support training modernization efforts, incorporating lessons learned, new technologies, and advanced analytical methodologies to enhance operational readiness.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess
an active Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance.
Must possess
an active MODE 3 Remote Operator certification.
5+ years of SOF SIGINT operational experience, including deployments to declared and outside declared theaters of active armed conflict (DTAAC/ODTAAC).
2+ years serving as a SIGINT Analyst Lead in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) SIGINT operations.
3+ years of experience developing and implementing training processes, procedures, materials, and products to meet mission training requirements.
3+ years of experience in the following areas:
Analytic tools and databases
Social network analysis and target research
SIGINT collection systems and reporting
Researching network topologies, network architecture, and protocols
Network exploitation and DNI/DNR convergence
Jupyter Notebook or comparable analytic tools
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
ADET certification (Agency qualification).
Experience instructing National Cryptologic School (NCS) courses such as NETA or SASMO.
Prior experience as a SOF SIGINT Analyst Instructor supporting Special Operations missions.
Master Training Specialist (MTS) or equivalent instructor qualification.
Familiarity with multi‑domain operations or maritime SIGINT environments.
