This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, strategic marketing leader to join a high-growth platform at the forefront of gaming and interactive media. As
Head of Marketing & Communications , you will shape and execute the firm’s brand, communications, and marketing strategy - driving visibility, engagement, and thought leadership across the industry.
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to firm leadership, managing high-priority initiatives and cross-functional projects
Plan and execute firm events, including industry conferences, speaking engagements, and the Annual Meeting
Lead press and media relations, including announcements, media outreach, and brand positioning
Coordinate investor relations communications and engagement with current and prospective investors
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and public engagements
Provide operational support and strategic input across marketing, communications, and firmwide initiatives
Adapt to evolving priorities and projects, serving as a trusted right hand to leadership
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in strategic marketing, communications, operations, or similar roles, in venture capital, private equity, or technology sectors
Proven experience managing complex events, communications, or high-visibility projects
Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and executive communication skills
Demonstrated ability to operate flexibly and effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and collaborative approach
Passion for gaming, interactive media, and digital technology is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus
